Kenji is a ruthless and reckless bastard who behaves very aggressively toward MILGRAM.

He gives little thought to his actions or what he is about to say next. During the first trial, he acted aggressively toward the prison guard and did not hesitate to attack him.

He continued to display this behavior and even injured other prisoners to the end of the first trial until he eventually became a victim to Prisoner Number 10 himself.
